自人类基因组测序完成,越来越多的植物基因组也完成了测序,随着技术的发展,对基因组进行解析成为制约植物研究发展的瓶颈。高通量植物表型技术的快速发展为解决这一问题带来了曙光,越来越多的研究员人员认为植物表型技术结合基因组学、生物信息学、计算生物学等学科能极大地推动植物研究的发展。


在植物表型技术研究开展得如火如荼的今天,为了促进中国、美国、欧洲等国家及地区表型研究专家之间的学术交流,探讨育种中高效表型技术的研发、高质量表型数据的获取与处理,上海尊龙凯时 - 人生就是搏!科技股份有限公司将于2017年4月26日至4月28日在上海举办Phenomatics Workshop 2017。大会的议题将会包括数据科学和计算机科学在农业生物领域的应用、数字表型研究、图形图像处理与分析、新算法开发等研究内容。我们热烈邀请国内从事植物表型组学、植物功能基因组学、作物育种等领域的科研人员参加本次学术会议,进行深度学术交流,共同探讨植物表型组学的研究和发展。
